According to several MEMO studies, most respondents still prefer “traditional” information and usage channels to virtual reality. As much as the focus is on the inclusivity of digital offerings, it is also important not to produce any unintentional exclusions. This is not the only point where we are reminded that user and impact research in the field of digital memory is still in its infancy.
